New Delhi: In a major step towards making the justice system faster and more accessible, the Central Government has unveiled a comprehensive plan to tackle the long-standing issue of pending court cases across India—and also to prevent unnecessary legal disputes from clogging up the system. Union Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal stated, “Justice delayed is justice denied. We are committed to transforming the legal system to ensure faster and fairer delivery of justice to every citizen."
